Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

To start a return, email support@t-falshop.it.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and clear instructions. Return shipping is free of charge in eligible regions.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds may take additional time to post to your account.

If an item is returned in used condition or is missing components, a partial refund may be issued. We will notify you of any adjustments before finalizing the refund.

Certain products, such as downloadable content or personalized items, may not be eligible for return unless defective. These limitations are noted on the relevant product pages.

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available, and a return must be initiated upon delivery.
