By placing an order with T-Fal USA, you agree to these Terms of Purchase. Please review them carefully before completing your transaction.

All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Promotions, including our up to 70% OFF sitewide offer, apply as shown at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or promotions at any time without prior notice.

We accept major credit cards and select secure payment methods. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 6–12 business days. Free shipping applies globally. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery. Return shipping is free. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Full details are outlined in our Refund Policy.

T-Fal USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or delivery delays. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
